肾髓质坏死

肾髓质坏死 (medullary necrosis of kidney)又名坏死性肾乳头炎或肾乳头坏死，是急性肾盂肾炎的严重并发症。本病是由肾乳头髓质内层缺血性梗死而引起的一种疾病。1877年由Von Friedreich首先报道，常有尿路感染，如肾盂肾炎、肾结核，并与严重的细菌性肾间质感染有关。
